How can you help us?
As a Sustainability Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in delivering
data analytical support to our sustainability initiatives. You will be
responsible for data collection, analytics, and supporting sustainability
audits. Your efforts will help improve internal processes for data
collection and ensure the necessary data is available for certifications
like Ecovadis. You will work closely with the Sustainability Insights
Manager and coordinate with internal stakeholders to support
sustainability KPIs and Non Financial Reporting requests.
Your main responsibilities
• Data collection, data analytics, and support with sustainability audits.
• Quality check on data inputs.
• Support internal data collection needed for certifications (e.g., Ecovadis).
• Improve internal processes for data collection.
• Work closely with the Sustainability Insights Manager.
• Support forward-looking data collection necessary for sustainability KPIs and Non Financial Reporting requests.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Project support for recurrent sustainability and NFR projects.
Skills and Competencies
Background:
• Higher education (university or college degree) in Business Administration, Accounting, or Project Management and/or MBA.
• Specialist with Diploma in Sustainability (desirable).
• Excellent data management skills (Advanced Excel).
Competences:
• Fluent in English.
• High attention to detail.
• Effective communication, organizational, and writing skills.
• Ability to interact with various stakeholders at both senior and junior levels.
• Strong personal leadership skills with a proactive, actionoriented, and team player approach.
This position can be based both in Murcia, Spain or Bad Schwartau, Germany.
