What is the objective of this project and what does it consist
The objective of this fixed-term (interim) position is to support the Sustainability department in its ongoing activities and contribute to corporate sustainability projects currently underway. The candidate will not have leadership responsibilities and will work in cooperation with the various ESG workstreams at a corporate level, providing analytical, documentation, and operational support. The company is currently working on adapting to new European sustainability regulations, and this position will support different initiatives and emerging regulatory requirements.
Main accountabilities:
- Collaborate in supporting the activities of the ESG department, working with the different workstreams at a corporate level.
- Participate in the adaptation to new regulations (CSRD, ESRS, Taxonomy, etc.).
- Support the preparation of ITP Aero’s sustainability-related reports
- Provide support in ESG ratings such as Ecovadis, CDP, and S&P.
- Contribute to the preparation of committees and reports for different stakeholders.
- Support the monitoring of ESG action plans and the execution of ongoing projects (decarbonization, human rights, adaptation to new sustainability regulations, digitalization).
- Perform ESG data analysis and tracking, including advanced Excel data processing.
- Contribute to benchmarking and comparative analyses.
- Collaborate in internal and external audits.
What profile are we looking for?
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental, Sciences, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
- Experience: 0-2 years’ experience in ESG, reporting, data analysis, or cross-functional projects, desirable involving industrial projects.
- Knowledge in: ESG standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD, ESRS), European regulation (CSRD, Taxonomy), advanced Excel, ESG metrics, and environmental / social / governance concepts.
- Lenguages: good Spanish and English level
