WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
We in Agricultural Solutions are preparing to be an independent, pure-play agricultural company within BASF group. To be ready for independence, we are looking for you to join us in our new Corporate roles (see here: Build Your Career on Our Standalone Transformation).
- In your new position, you are responsible for developing and maintaining methodologies and guidelines for ESG performance management as well as end-to-end processes for both stand-alone and group reporting submissions.
- You will set up a standalone data collection process, implementing internal controls to enhance data integrity and ensure audit-proof data quality.
- Your expertise is in demand as you monitor reportable ESG performance of KPIs, targets and metrics, and prepare comprehensive internal management report submissions.
- You actively lead preparation for audits and maintain compliance with ESG disclosure requirements
- Together with your colleagues, you will own the IT application infrastructure, ensuring efficient use of IT tools and data analytics.
- Furthermore, you will ensure accurate group reporting submissions aligning with organizational requirements and standards.
- Last but not least, you contribute to the continuous improvement of our ESG performance monitoring processes and performance metrics with your creative ideas and commitment.
WHAT YOU OFFER
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration/ management, finance, sustainability, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of professional experience in ESG performance management/ controlling and/ or financial performance management/ controlling
- Strong knowledge in data analytics, performance monitoring, reporting tools and ESG reporting standards
- Proficiency in English with good communication skills; familiarity with SAP and standard data management applications
- Exceptional analytical thinking, with strong teamwork and leadership abilities, along with a passion for sustainable development
