Role purpose

Are you passionate about sustainability and driven to reduce environmental impact? Hydro Extrusions is looking for an experienced LCA Specialist to lead our Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) and carbon footprint analysis. You’ll collaborate with teams across Sustainability, Operational Excellence, Product Development, and more, to drive impactful, data-driven sustainability initiatives.

You will work on

  • Develop and maintain LCA and carbon footprint assessments for products and operations
  • Support sustainability certifications, audits, and verifications
  • Benchmark best practices and identify improvement opportunities
  • Analyze materials data and collaborate with suppliers for sustainability objectives
  • Monitor LCA standards and provide training to internal teams

Your qualifications and skills

  • Master’s degree in environmental science, engineering, or any other related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Life Cycle Assessment
  • Strong proficiency in LCA software (GaBi or Simapro preferred)
  • Excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)

Business trips can be expected according to business needs (1-2 trips each month).

The role can be filled in any location of Hydro Extrusions.
