The Opportunity

As Head of Sustainability Reporting (F/H),  you will guide Worldline on the path to Responsible Digital.

Mission

Set up and monitor the extra-financial reporting aligned with CSRD and Green taxonomy

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Management of the data collection and the data consistency assurance
  • Be the counterpart of the Extra-financial auditors for the entire Data collection process and the consistency check
  • Prepare internal communication and reporting instructions, support data collection
  • Ensure regular monitoring of ESG data in order to steer WORLDLINE’s global strategy, monitor WORLDLINE’s performance and ensure the effectiveness of ESG action plans
  • Monitor performance of the ESG tooling
• Deliver the transition plan report
• Define and monitor CO2e emissions reductions for each lever
• Assess transition plan means and yearly follow-up 
• Set up and execute the CO2e allocation per offer
  • Define the CO2e pricing model
  • Ensure the hosting of the pricing model in the system
  • Roll-out the pricing model in the business lines to feed customer request
• Monitor the European Green Taxonomy exercise from the definition to the calculation in relation with Corporate Finance

Who Are We Looking For

Required

• With a university or Grandes Ecoles degree (business or engineering), you will have 3 to 5 years’ experience in controlling or extra-financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and a good ability to summarise
• You enjoy working on cross-functional projects with strong strategic and regulatory implications.
• You are comfortable understanding complex systems and processing large volumes of data
• You enjoy working with other stakeholders, and have good interpersonal skills.
• You are rigorous, proactive and autonomous
