We are looking for a CSR agent (m/f/d)
The hiring location will be one of our European plants: Czech, Spain, Slovakia, Poland
–> You need to work onsite most of the working time (depends on local regulations residential address/country where you live)

Tasks:
Independently responsible for the global set-up and maintenance of the Corporate Social Responsibility Management System including globally valid documentation (CSR).
Independently responsible for set-up and maintenance of global calculation system for SaarGummi’s product carbon footprint based on drawings, calculations and BOM’s.
Developing and maintaining of system information on global SG base for all recycling information per material/product and based on customer / authority’s requirement.
Support and maintenance of the global CSR KPI report
Support global functions, plants and other stakeholder in all aspects of CSR.
Regularly inform the management team on the status and effectiveness of the CSR management system including submission of CSR relevant data (early warning system)
Supporting the audit team in defining and coordinating the global CSR audit program (internal & external audits) and reviewing compliance with the requirements
Follow-up of CSR audit recertification actions with the plants and escalation in case of deviations
Reporting on internal and external CSR audits and certification status of global plants
Regular reporting of Saargummi CSR key performance indicators (KPI).
Plausibility checks of CSR data from the plants’ quality reports
Ensuring consistency of CSR data between different presentations and reports
Data analysis to support the target definition process.
Review CSR KPI data quality for consistency and prioritize revisions to KPI data sources in the plants.
Ensure timely reporting of CSR KPIs from the plants.
Ensure timely reporting of CSR incidents from the plants (escalation model).
Confirmation and supporting of SaarGummi corporate culture as well as observance of SaarGummi compliance
Qualifications:
Engineering degree (bachelor/master) or similar with specialization of sustainability/environment
Or at least completed 3 years of vocational training followed by further training as engineer or 5 years of professional experience in a comparable environment.
>2 years of experience in calculation of corporate carbon footprint, product carbon footprint, recycling rates
Several years of experience in key performance indicator (KPI) management
Experience in safety, environmental and energy management
Experience in Corporate Social Responsibility tasks
Solid system expertise
Experience in EU law or willingness to get knowledge about it.
Experience to work within international projects.
Fluent in business English, German would be a benefit
