Your Mission
- Lead the global ZERO EMISSIONS pillar of PERI’s sustainability strategy, driving our decarbonization journey.
- Implement sustainability projects across PERI’s sites worldwide (subsidiaries, yards, and plants).
- Act as a key business partner for sustainability across the organization.
- Monitor trends and translate them into impactful actions for long-term competitiveness.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Manage multiple global projects (CO₂ reduction, biodiversity, etc.).
- Build and coordinate internal sustainability networks.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the sustainability report and prepare materials for the executive board.

What you’ll need to be successful:
Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
Degree in economics, engineering, or natural sciences with a sustainability focus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sustainability project management.
Strong knowledge of green technologies (e.g., PV systems) and Science Based Targets.
Strategic, analytical, and self-driven mindset.
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
