The Opportunity
Be the responsible for managing, evaluating, and strategically involving the development of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reports within the company. Possibility to bring high value as a reporting specialist.
What you’ll get to do
- Create and manage a cross-functional taskforce that shares the responsibility of coordinating the development of corporate reports.
- Collaborate with various departments such as finance, sustainability, human resources, compliance, operations, and communications to ensure comprehensive, accurate, and cohesive corporate reporting.
- Utilize advanced integrated reporting platforms to enhance the automation of the reporting process, introducing more KPIs and reducing the manual effort required.
- Ensure that reports comply with all new and existing regulatory requirements.
- Provide strategic advice on data collection and reporting processes.
We’d love to meet you if you have
- Between 8-12 years of previous experience in managing ESG reports or a similar role.
- Spanish and English fluent.
- Knowledge in financial and compliance reporting and project management.
- Knowledge of ESG regulations and standards.
- Excellent advising skills.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with multiple departments (cross collaboration taskforce).
- Experience with integrated reporting platforms such as Workiva.
