How to contribute to our vision
As Team Lead of Sustainability Implementation (f/m/d) you will drive the implementation of Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy’s sustainability strategy to achieve the corresponding targets.
Manage and coordinate Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy’s sustainability specialist team.
Coordinate the roll-out of our Global Sustainability Strategy.
Define and drive sustainability related projects to achieve the sustainability targets.
Monitor and control target achievement and define improvement measures in case of deviations.
Analyze and constantly optimize the processes to enhance performance.
Cooperate with the internal sustainability engagement partners to drive strategy implementation across the whole value chain.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…
Ideally you have an academic degree in Finance, Economics and Management or similar
In the best case you gained working experience within the sector of renewable energy
Several years of work experience in Environmental management and Sustainability field
You have the ability to manage administrative tasks in a structural and self-dependent manner
You like to work in multinational teams by bringing strong intercultural skills along
You are customer-focused, result-orientated and got an ownership attitude
You are fluent in English, both orally and in writing
