¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
Sustainability projects:
Develop and apply a comprehensive sustainability strategy, aligned with the organization’s objectives and values
Collaborate with different departments to identify sustainability opportunities and implement
initiatives that reduce our environmental impact.
Monitor and report on key sustainability parameters.
Stay up to date on industry trends, regulations and best practices related to sustainability.
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop and implement sustainability-focused campaigns and initiatives.
Cooperate with European team, to implement projects at Pan-Europe level.
Internal Reports
Support the creation of the Business Prevention Plan.
Lead the collection of the information needed for SCRAPs
Coordinate communication in all massive meetings
Create a data base adding new relevant KPI to track impacts, savings, and improvements.
QA Support
Support in QA projects as operational improvements required to achieve KPIs and Goals
related to waste reduction and Carbon Foodprint
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
Degree level education (sustainability, environmental sciences). A Master is preferred.
Familiarity with sustainability frameworks and relevant reporting standards
Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
Creative thinking. Ability to communicate effectively-
Knowledge of relevant industry sectors and their sustainability challenges.
Organizational skills. Ability to listen and execute a strategical mindset. Open minded.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams including, but not limited to,
Operations, Development, Franchisees, Digital, IT, etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Microsoft PowerPoint.
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Curiosity and proactiveness.
Mandatory: Office, Project management tools
Highly value: MicroStrategy/Power BI or similar
C1 English level.
