What are we looking for?
Requirements
Minimum:
English min. C1 level.
At least 3 years of experience.
Desirable:
Bachelor’s in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or Environmental Science.
Experience in Sustainability will be a plus.
Skills
Capacity to analyze multiple sources of information and identify/synthesise key points—strategic thinking who can balance the big picture with detailed execution.
Entrepreneurial and results-oriented.
Self-motivated and team player.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Advanced in MS Office product suite and/or G-Suite apps (especially presentations and Excel/Google Sheets).
Overview
The Sustainability Area is responsible for determining the strategy for sustainability, establishing and communicating the progress in ESG goals and promoting knowledge and a new generation of sustainable businesses(climate & social).
In addition, the area is developing the capabilities required to execute the strategy, managing the non-financial risks related to sustainability and positioning BBVA as a global sustainability reference in the market.
About the job
Collaborate in the definition of strategic sustainability programs and projects.
Provide support to the delivery of projects by focusing on solutions, best practices, and benchmarks.
Consolidate information from different geographies and business areas to calculate Sustainability Global KPI.
Provide transversal support to other areas and Geographies within BBVA.
