Increasing ambitions, demands and getting ready for the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) require us to work even more strategically within sustainability. We have therefore established a new position as project manager in our sustainability team.
In this role you will work with tasks such as:
Preparing for CSRD and supporting compliance of the legislation
Project planning and management of CSRD readiness in Falck
Working with gap-closing within ESG material topics and supporting workstreams
Developing CSRD aligned reporting structures together with colleagues from Finance and other relevant stakeholders
Preparing progress reporting within sustainability and ESG (e.g. Falck’s Annual Report)
Conducting research and analysis
Developing sustainability communication activities
Preparing PowerPoint presentations, memos, and other documents for top management
Ad hoc tasks
You will work closely with our Head of Sustainability & ESG and interact with other colleagues working with ESG targets and CSRD compliance in Falck. The team is anchored within Global Communications, Branding & Sustainability at Falck’s head office in Copenhagen. This is a full-time position. .
About you
We are looking for a candidate with a relevant Master’s degree – e.g. within, but not limited to, Business Administration, Political Science, Sustainability, Communication or Law, and preferably combined with +4 years of experience from a similar job with exposure to ESG reporting and sustainability fields.
In addition we imagine the right candidate to have good knowledge of, or already worked with CSRD and/or other global standards and regulations within sustainability reporting combined with strong project management and stakeholder management skills (track records of project management are a plus).
You’ll be working in the space of data and reporting, so you lilkely hold the ability to both take a bird’s eye view and get into the details and as such you enjoy having a broad range of tasks while communicating and interacting with many stakeholders. We work internationally in a quite diverse environment, so a high proficiency in English, both oral and written is needed in the role
