TUI’s Sustainability team develops and ensures implementation of the group-wide TUI Sustainability Agenda with a focus on the environmental, economic, and social aspects set out in the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Delivering the Agenda will enable TUI to drive positive change on a scale and enhance the positive impacts of tourism in its own operations and supply chain, across the wider industry and beyond. Being a leader in this area will help TUI become the first choice for customers, employees, and partners.
You will play a key role in TUI’s Sustainability achievements by supporting several areas of the groupwide Sustainability Agenda as well as the TUI Musement business.

ABOUT THE JOB
Driving a certification programme for experiences/excursions forward ensuring accurate promotion of the programme with marketing and external communication
Maintenance, communication and improvement of child protection guidelines, training and reporting process as well as the coordination with external organizations
Drive and support all human right related activities and reporting
Deliver annual environmental reporting for TUI Musement premises and ground trasnport fleet (carbon, energy, waste, and water data)
Implementation of Eco-Mobility Strategy for TUI Group
Occasionally support the reporting on legal requirements and reviewing of sustainability clauses in contracts
ABOUT YOU
Ability to think strategically, with a strong understanding of the big picture and the current and future trends which might influence on the strategic business goals.
Professional experience in the field of sustainability in an international company.
Experience in project management, ensuring project execution
Self-motivated, results-oriented person who takes initiative, identifies barriers to success and collaborates with others to overcome them
Data driven and analytical personality, ensuring proper data reporting
Experience tracking progress and reporting against logical frameworks.
Be fluent in verbal and written English and Spanish. Additional languages advantageous
