Requisitos mínimos:
-Completed studies (Bachelor/Master) in economics or finance with a focus on sustainability or comparable training or further education
– Ideally 2 – 3 years of professional experience in a comparable function
– Knowledge of the relevant regulatory framework (e.g. CSRD, EU taxonomy), basic frameworks (e.g. UN Global Compact), ESG ratings and reporting standards
– Experience with Ecovadis, ISCC+ certification an advantage (but not a prerequisite)
– Experienced with MS Office and business fluent in English

As Sustainability/ESG Expert (m/f/d), located in Tarragona/Spain with the possibility of working remotely, you have the following responsibilities:
– Sustainability strategy: You will take responsibility for the coordination, implementation and further development of strategic and operational sustainability topics and measures and get involved in our sustainability initiatives and develop and structure the sustainability targets for the coming years
– Data analytics & reporting: you support the establishment and further development of non-financial reporting, from defining the required data and KPIs to data procurement, consolidation and analysis
– Sustainability reporting: You will support the design and validation of non-financial reporting, also taking into account external requirements and standards (e.g. ESRS, EU taxonomy)
– You develop recommendations for action and are the central point of contact for management and executives on operational issues
– You work in close cooperation with other departments and exchange with various functions at our European locations
