The Opportunity:
The CCaSS (Climate Change & Sustainability Services) area helps companies respond to the needs of the environment by assessing environmental impact, identifying opportunities and supporting the presentation of non-financial reports to their stakeholders.
Your main functions:
As a member of our team, you will be able to participate in different services and projects such as:
– Advice on policies and strategies in the areas of Corporate Governance, Reputation and Sustainability.
– Analysis and application of good practices of companies in the aspects of Corporate Governance.
– Definition of stakeholder relationship models (reputational risk management, positioning with investors, impact and contribution assessment, supply chain evaluation systems, etc.).
– Corporate reporting processes (sustainability reports, integrated reports, etc.) and audit processes for non-financial information.
– Implementation of projects on specific subjects (carbon footprint, green bonds, management of risks related to Human Rights, materiality analysis, etc.).
– Professional training in a team involved in national and international projects.
Requirements:
Ability to work in a team, proactivity and initiative, customer orientation.
Experience in team management.
Motivation and capacity for constant growth and development, in a competitive, challenging and collaborative environment.
Essential requirements:
Master’s Degree in Sustainability; environmental engineering and management; water engineering and management; renewable energies and energy market, or similar.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration and Management, International Business or similar, with an interest in the environmental area.
At least three years of audit or transaction experience at a Professional Services firm.
High level of English (minimum B2).
At least three years of experience in a Professional Services company, Sustainability area.
Availability to travel.
Proficiency in the Office suite (Word, Excel and Power Point).
Desirable Requirements:
International experience is a plus.
Knowledge of other languages is a value.
