We are looking for a candidate with experience in compliance requirements for France’s Anti-Waste and Circular Economy Law (AGEC Law) and any other legislation related, and in managing all the certificates and evidences supporting material sourcing decisions, substantiation of claims and material reporting.

Your role will be:
Manage AGEC Law Traceability platform and partner.
Co-ordinate with procurement data collection.
Review the information provided by suppliers.
Implementing solution to collect sustainability information, evidences and certificates related to responsible materials, manufacturing, and product traceability compliance.
Authenticate certified materials based on transaction certificates and track documentation.
Leading supply chain transparency mapping projects of strategic materials (leather, cotton and wool).
Identify emerging traceability legislation and innovative opportunities & best practices in traceability.
Collaborate with purchasing teams to ensure raw materials and packaging meet our sustainability standards.
Develop and refine internal procedures, training, and supplier communications.
Engage with LOEWE vendors and suppliers to ensure they possess the appropriate knowledge on LOEWE policies, standards and procedures.
Engage with suppliers at various stages of the supply chain to map material flows.
PROFILE
What is important for the role:
Minimum of 5 years in the traceability and sustainability field, ideally in luxury goods, fashion or retail.
Proficiency in supply chain, material origins, traceability laws, certification standards and traceability (such as GRS, GOTS, CCS, OCS, FSC, PEFC, etc.).
Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and Power-point. Power automate and PLM skills is a plus.
Ability to lead in multi-cultural settings and with multi-cultural teams.
Proactiveness and a self-starter orientation: you are motivated by solving tough problems and proactively develop an action plan to tackling the work at hand
Well-organized and good team player.

Excellent fluency in English and Spanish. French is a plus.
C-level presentation skills.
