Position A – Sustainability Communications and Engagement Lead (SCE)

Developing and implementing communications and engagement strategy and action plans for NOIMA to
increase awareness of our unique approach.
Identifying, extracting and curating meaningful content across NOIMA document repositories and projects. This
includes capturing content from high-impact cases to showcase NOIMA’s work and distinctive approach.
Staying updated on latest sustainability trends (regulatory, best cases, innovatory approaches and reports,
amongst other) from international sustainability referents and think tanks.
Following webinars, conferences and sustainability related information to be at the edge of knowledge and
provide high quality content (internally and externally) on best practices, trends and opportunities in the
sustainability and social impact arena.
Updating and maintaining communications on the website, LinkedIn, newsletters, presentations and webinars.
Managing media relations, when needed.
Offering advise on sustainability communications and engagement projects
Assisting Sustainability Consulting Team in project development, workshops organization and regular update
presentations to clients.
Working closely with the Sustainability Consulting Team to develop and convert leads of both existing clients and
new opportunities.
Assisting top management in their speaking and public engagement commitments as well as support in
publications and briefings preparation- help to prepare speaking content and materials (including research,
talking points and PowerPoint content).
Attend meetings and events to capture key outcomes and follow-up with contacts (may require some national
and international travel).
Identifying and building partnerships, initiatives and collaborations with key organizations in Spain and abroad.

Previous experience in sustainability consulting, corporate sustainability communications and international
organizations or NGO sector is preferable.
Proven project management experience, knowledge in process and planning skills – strong follow through
and accountability.
Proven experience creating engaging communications, including: social media, copywriting, corporate
communication tools, business documents, project reports and case studies.
Experience

Desired qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree – preferably in business, communications, journalism, political sciences or related
research/analysis-intense field.
At least 3 years of relevant work experience or equivalent preferably in the Climate and Environmental,
Sustainability and Social impact related topics.
Fluency in English, Spanish and Catalan. Other languages will be considered a plus.
High command of the Office package: Excel, Word and Power Point.
Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, e-mail marketing platforms and experience in lead
management and conversion.
Command of graphic design tools (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Canva).

Excellent analytical, critical thinking and oral and writing skills
Proven ability to communicate in a clear, concise and engaging manner sustainability complex issues.
People person and team player: outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal
and external stakeholders while working in a global network team environment.
Persistent with your task, self started with entrepreneurial drive and a demonstrated ability to work with a
high degree of autonomy and empowerment. You work well independently as well as in a team environment.
Adaptability and flexibility. Able to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Strong knowledge of managing, maintaining and updating websites either managing external agencies or
delivering yourself.
Knowledge of content analytics and reporting.
Resilience and experience in dealing with stressful, busy, fast-changing situations with humour and calmness.
Seek and secure high-profile leadership platforms (speaking and roundtables).

Full time position, with an open-ended contract
Hybrid (1-2 days per week remote work).
Flexibility: Fridays from 9:00 to 15:30. Four weeks in summer from 8:30-16:30 and possibility of working remotely.
