BUNGE has a very dynamic and exciting opportunity as a Sustainability Assistant. In this role, you will manage the daily activities related with sustainability transactions; support with the preparation audits for the maintenance of the sustainability certifications and new ones, communication with the different stakeholders (internal & external).

Activities for Western Europe countries (Spain, Portugal, Netherlands & Italy):

 

Maintenance of Sustainability Mass Balances & files
Review the form and content of the Sustainability Documents issued by suppliers.
Issuance of Sustainability Documents
Maintenance of Suppliers & Customers data base
Ensure GHG CO2 calculation emissions.
Support for the Sustainability Credit Position
Support during Sustainability Audits (internal & external)
Support with the new certifications processes (PRO-S, INS, EPA, etc.)
Processing supplier invoices
Liaising with stakeholders (internal & external) in Sustainability issues
Support with the implementation of new processes.
 

We are looking for different skills in our ideal candidate:

 

Bachelor’s degree.
Microsoft Office user level (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
Good knowledge of written and spoken English (Italian or any other languages will be a plus).
Strong communication skills with comfort in speaking and work with stakeholders (internal and external).
Ability to organize and prioritize within multi-tasking environment, flexibility, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and cooperate in a team.
Availability to travel within the country or outside.
Knowledge of SAP will be a plus.
Knowledge of current Sustainability legislation and voluntary schemes will be a plus (ISCC, 2BSvs, RTRS, Proterra, RED Directive, etc.).
