OW a controlled 50/50 joint venture between EDP and Engie is looking for a communicative and organized «Stakeholders Relations Intern «.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
Coordination of communications and stakeholders management topics of 12 projects in 7 countries:
- Supporting Stakeholders relations team in follow up of local activities.
- Identifying key topics for corporate communications matters.
Press Relations:
- Drafting of press releases.
- In charge of press monitoring.
- In charge of international press list.
Support the definition of key messages and corporate discourses of Ocean Winds:
- Drafting of key messages on specific matters.
- Drive reseach on how key subjects are being communicated in the offshore wind sector.
- Benchmarks on communications activities in the offshore wind sector.
Creation of messages for communication materials, including social media, leaflets, project websites, digital contents, etc.
Maintenance of the OW projects media library.
Support the organization of events internationally (project visits, media trips, etc.)
Dealing with phone and email queries.
REQUIRED ACADEMIC SKILLS
Degree in Corporate Communication, Political Sciences, Journalism or similar.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Experience working in international environments with numeros stakeholders is a plus.
- Experience working in Communications Departments is a plus.
- Experience with redaction.
SKILLS
- Strong redaction skills.
- Ability to synthetize.
- Ability to understand complex stakeholder environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
LANGUAGES
High level of English, Spanish, Portuguese or French is a plus.
