What You Will Do
professional management of complex, technical and interdisciplinary ESG projects throughout their life cycle in an agile environment
focus on clients needs and end-to-end execution of projects with regard to quality, budget, time, resource and risk
building of strong, cross functional teams (incl. ESG partners) and enabling them to successfully deliver against the set objectives
responsible for risk mitigation as well as for identification and development of opportunities for improvement at both the business and operational levels.
ensure transparent communication towards all relevant project stakeholders and close cooperation with internal and external customers & partners
What You Bring
bachelor or master’s degree in bussines administration, economic, finance or any related field. An equivalent combination of education, certifications and experience may substitute a degree
a minimum of 7 years of experience managing complex projects, preferible in the ESG area within financial sector or data business. High affinity for information technology field
ability to work independently but also to interact closely with an international project team (business & IT), senior management and stakeholders in a motivating manner
analytical and problem solving skills with ‘can do’ attitude and clear focus on clients, having strong communication & presentation skills and ability to work well under pressure
experience with agile development & implementation methods. Knowledge of PRINCE 2 methodology will be also highly valued. Any certification will be valued as well, but is not mandatory
excellent written and oral communication skills in English are a must
