Takes responsibility for understanding, developing, defining and adjusting the non-financial regulatory needs of the upcoming regulation.*Implements reporting requirements on non-financial information in accordance with applying non-financial regulation. *As the regulation has a strong environmental component, the candidate needs to understand and assess the environmental criteria required by the regulation and adapt those for further deployment in the organization. *Coordinates the audit processes to non-financial information and reports. *Documents the appropriate company procedures related to regulation accomplishment. *Provides training in her/his area of expertise when necessary. *Supports to the Siemens Energy Group in the implementation of the various regulatory needs coming from the implementation of the EU Taxonomy regulation, IFRS sustainability standards (ISSB), the upcoming Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) regulations.

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance of the increasing demands on non-financial disclosures required by the new applying European regulations. We are also looking for…

*Sound knowledge in reporting requirements of non-financial information, even as contributor. *Capacity to be up to date, analyze and interpret non-financial disclosure regulations. *Of advantage is experience in the environmental area, knowledge of the environmental management system and other company processes. * Expert knowledge with MS Office Package. *Ability to handle multiple topics and requests in parallel. * Fluency in English both spoken and written.
