Your Key Responsibilities
• Manage the day-to-day operations of Regional and Local ESG Reporting Processes and their interfaces and data flow including proper system reconciliation, data calculation and dashboard update.
• Coordinate upstream and downstream flow of ESG data and information and catalyze collaboration between Global/Regional/National ESG/FRA teams and Leadership on non-financial performance management and data/indicator monitoring, uploading and reconciling manual data files into the ESG Reporting platform.
• Support Global / Local ESG Reporting Teams and internal customers to effectively analyze ESG performance, perform global/local closing process and recommend areas for improvement and support in providing timely reports to monitor ESG results and compliance.
• Control co-owner of all ESG Reporting systems related controls with a special focus on the local/regional level.
• Collaborate with FRA Controls & Compliance teams to ensure system compliance while continuously improving, simplifying, and automating controls whenever possible.
• Monitor ESG related external and internal audit issues relating to the system related processes and controls and ensure timely completion of action plans.
• Role model a leadership style which is inclusive, proactive, respectful, change agile, innovative/creative and results driven with strong customer focus and high integrity as well as build and develop ESG talents and ensure trainings for relevant ESG areas globally.
• Interact and collaborate cross-functionally on ESG related reporting topics as well as deliver ESG Reporting system related trainings.

Role Requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
• At least 5+ years’ experience in finance, accounting or management reporting.
• Strong analytical skills, detail orientation and ability to deep dive into processes and systems.
• Strong collaboration across functions and departments.
• Good understanding of Sandoz Group, its functions and systems.
• Experience with Qlicksense, Formula1 or other data warehouses an advantage
• Strong project and change management skills.
• Experience in ESG reporting and ESG regulations an advantage.
• Experience in Audit assurance, compliance and internal control frameworks & reporting.
