Develops appropriate data management tools to register and track record the non-financial information, following the IT demand procedures.

Coordinates with financial and non-financial data owners/departments to obtain the required information in a standardized manner.

Ensures the non-financial key performance indicators (KPIs) are collected in the system and obey to an audit proof model.

Documents the data collection processes in the appropriate company procedures.

Prepares financial and non-financial dashboards of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).

Participates in the audit process to non-financial information and reports.

Provides training in her/his area of expertise when necessary.

Supports to the Siemens Energy Group in the implementation of the various regulatory needs coming from the implementation of the EU Taxonomy regulation, IFRS sustainability standards (ISSB), and the upcoming Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)

Manage and support accounting driven implementation (sub)projects for processes and systems.

Implement automation and digitalization initiatives for accounting processes within the company tools.
