Qualifications
Proactive, extremely analytical, but creative and entrepreneurial approach; skilled at utilising data to guide strategic decision making.
Master’s degree in a relevant field – MBA preferred.
A minimum of six years’ experience in the corporate sustainability, sustainable finance, ESG consulting, or similar domains.
Have a solid background in sustainability consulting with a track record of completed projects that attest to your expertise.
Extensive familiarity with new developments in sustainable business practises and ESG frameworks (such as CSRD and ESRS).
Dedicated, outgoing, and a communicative team player who loves what they do.
Strong leadership qualities and the capacity to uplift and encourage multidisciplinary teams in a hectic, dynamic setting.
Superb verbal and written English communication skills, with the added bonus of knowing German; ability to effectively explain difficult ESG topics to a variety of audiences.
