As the Global Senior Circular Economy Manager, your mission is to lead our organization’s efforts in transitioning to a low and circular economy packaging system. You will drive packaging transformation strategy, embedding it across our brands strategies and our operations, engaging our upstream suppliers and downstream ecosystems till end-of-life. This role has a company wide scope, it is integrated into Procurement teams.
You act as the expert and single point of contact for the Finance, Sustainability organization, R&D and Quality in technical areas linked to Waste, Human rights and Circular Economy.
Key responsibilities:
Strategy
•Virgin fossil-based plastic reduction
•Reusable and refillable packaging
•Plastic waste recovery, with focus on informal sector collection
•Management of circular economy funds and external co-funding
•Supplier engagement on Scope 3
Reporting&Projects
•Pack transformation Control Tower
•Virgin plastic reduction roadmap
•Collection roadmap
You will be managing 1 direct report.

Experience :
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in sustainability or procurement consulting , FMCG industry working on decarbonization or circular economy.
Hands-on experience in project management and change management.
Masters in business administration, finance, sustainability strategy or supply chain.
