The Communication, Branding & Sustainability team of our insurance client is looking for a temporary Sustainability Officer.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the completeness of the various sustainable reports in order to monitor progress on ESG (environmental, social, governance).
Coordinate the contributors and stakeholders involved, analyze the results of the reports and follow the action plans necessary to progress the results.
Ensure monitoring of sustainable KPIs within the company and the different business families by setting up and leading a Sustainability Committee (green and inclusive products, climate training, ESG investments, responsible digital).
You work closely with colleagues from the Communication, Brand & Sustainability team, general management, business, marketing, distribution and HR.
Experience & Competences:
You are a born project manager who knows how to create and orchestrate the different stages of a project and involve the different stakeholders.
You have an analytical mind, know how to read and interpret reports in order to obtain results and develop an action plan.
You are able to generate enthusiasm and you express yourself easily in French, Dutch and English, both orally and in writing.
You have at least 3 years of experience in project management, particularly on ESG or Corporate Sustainability and Responsibility subjects.
