OW a controlled 50/50 joint venture between EDP and Engie is looking for a dynamic and communicative «Ethics and Compliance Trainee».

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Compliance Trainee will be part of the Compliance Department, helping the team in everyday implementation of the Compliance function.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITES
Support in managing the documentation and files of the Compliance Department.Support in developing, maintaining and update of OW Compliance policies and procedures.Support in the management of the Criminal Code Prevention Model and risk control matrix.Support in the implementation and performance of the Third-Party Integrity Due Diligence Procedure.Support in the implementation of Personal Data Protection Program.Research and analysis of Compliance information, jurisprudence, doctrine, and legislation.Monitor new legal and regulatory developments and update policies and procedures accordingly.Maintain updated the internal Compliance site and the Ethics section of the website.Support in developing content for trainings and communications.Additional duties as required.
ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
– Business Administration or Law student.
LANGUAGES
Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.Good command of any other language will be an advantage.

High attention to details.Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.Strong research and reporting abilities.Good communication skills.Ability to work independently, but also in a team environment.Positive and proactive approach.Problem solving.Results oriented.High moral character and professional integrity.
