ESG & Sustainability Solution Lead

You will be offered an opportunity to join our Team “Financial Service Global Solution” following Sustainability & Enterprise Risk Management engagements. You will be responsible of a specific Solution stream and you will support the Solutions team in the activities of analysis and implementation of sustainability strategies, methodological support for the drafting of sustainability reports, verification of compliance with international principles and guidelines in the field of sustainability, review of sustainability reports, etc.

 

You will:

Manage all the phases of vertical CCH Tagetik Solutions development phases (analysis, design, build, test and release).
Develop Solutions roadmaps and ensure the respect of deadlines in order to contribute to the definition and implementation of strategies, sustainability plans and related objectives.
Provide global support to delivery services helping partners and colleagues.
Understand business requirements and feedback from the market and classify based on importance/urgency.
Perform analysis on solution and identify areas that may indicate compliance risks.
Work with compliance, legal and business intelligence (BI) leads to interpret and map regulatory reporting requirements.
Contribute to develop trusted client relationships vital to the success of the solution.
Maintain an understanding of client business goals and challenges and act as client advocate with internal teams to ensure client needs are understood and met.
Encourage client feedback to help drive the development of CCH Tagetik solutions.
Contribute to the development of methodologies, approaches, and models.
Lead and mentor other CCH Tagetik personnel.
 

You have:

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics
Strong interest in Corporate Social Responsibility, Climate Change and Sustainability areas
Good technology knowledge and business acumen
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work as functional lead on the assigned tasks
Outstanding service-orientation and strong interpersonal skills
Confident communication style with strong presentation skills
Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English
Nice to have:

Experience in the management of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) data in the financial sector
Experience working with programming language – SQL
Experience working in Consulting with EPM/CPM tools in both a design and development capacity
System Integration experience and troubleshooting skills
