We are looking for a skilled individual like you to join our team and lead the charge in shaping, evangelizing, and executing the platform transformation of our ESG data stack to make it futureproof and better aligned with our strategic aspirations in the ESG data domain.
As the ESG Solution Specialist, reporting into the Head of Architecture, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our ESG data strategy by having a solid understanding (SWOT analysis) of our current ESG data platform capabilities and further plans to enhance with external partners. You will work in close collaboration with key stakeholders to validate assumptions and findings, seek leadership agreement on the best way forward to pursue tangible success in a phased approach and communicate regularly to all parties involved.
To help you achieve your goals, you will have the support of the ESG product management team, and will benefit from partnering with development, support/operations, project management, architects and sales/sales consultants as required. Additionally, you may be working with external partners on implementing and interconnecting data, solutions and analytical workflows.
This is a full-time position based in Zurich or London, offering the opportunity for remote work 60% of the time as part of our hybrid working model.

What You Will Do
Working closely with other internal and externals stakeholders (product management, CIT, and operation) and adhering to the internal product governance framework ensuring key milestones are met in a timely manner.
Defining, tracking, and reporting product development milestones for our new ESG Solutions and supporting the product manager with documenting, tracking product backlog, and managing each iteration on Jira
Providing clear and detailed information about features and functionalities for every release
Receiving, structuring, adding new requirements and suggest improvements when relevant
Coordinating (ESG/financial/reference/pricing) data ingestion with internal and external engineering/ IT teams (API, SFTP, CSVs)
What You Bring
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Financial Information industry, ideally with strong links to ESG investing and / or sustainable finance environments
Hands-on, in-depth knowledge of technology and infrastructure from a ESG and Financial Data vendor perspective
Excellent communication and presentation skills and strong problems solving and analytical skills
Experienced in writing detailed technical documentation for platform/ solutions/ software
Familiar with data ingestion and integration especially related to API and SFTP feeds, and at ease with navigating internal processes and controls
