This role invites a dedicated professional to specialise in carbon accounting and champion sustainable initiatives. This includes conducting strategic analyses on climate change impacts, developing circular business models, and ensuring compliance with non-financial reporting. This position is part of a global network, with flexibility in choosing a base location within the Netherlands. Another option would be for you to initially work from the UK with the vision of making a move to the Netherlands.
The ESG Senior Manager will enhance the firm’s ESG profile, lend credibility to ESG sales pitches, and lead the delivery of assurance services.
The role allows individuals to drive meaningful change, from reducing carbon footprints to fostering inclusive workplace cultures and ensuring compliance with evolving regulations
Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardisation
Champion the deployment and adoption of new ESG services and solutions.
Building capacity through training and knowledge sharing
Managing ESG assurance engagements, with a focus on carbon accounting
The role focuses on developing frameworks and solutions that are innovative, purposeful, and scalable across the network.
Ensuring compliance with the latest legislation and frameworks within member firm teams
The ideal profile
Professionally qualified (CA, CPA, ACCA, ACA)
Experience in sustainability assurance or related fields
Oil and Gas/Chemical industry experience advantageous
Exceptional stakeholder and client management skills
Knowledge of GHG Protocol Scope 1, 2, and 3
Fluency in English is required
