Prior experience in a senior ESG role
Have expertise in ESG reporting and analysis
Ability to influence and drive positive change
Project management skills
Relevant degree or qualifications
Effective communication skills
Role and Reporting Lines
The role will involve the following;
Working closely with senior management to drive the ESG strategy for the organisation
Be responsible for ensuring compliance with and reporting on CSRD among other regulations
Have the opportunity to own and evolve the sustainability strategy of the business
Work with colleagues across the business to promote sustainability
Analysing data and reporting to senior management
Keeping up to date with new emerging ESG regulations and how these will impact this organisation
Enhance and review frameworks, policies and procedures
