What you’ll do
The Risk Manager provides expert knowledge and executes activities to ensure Vodafone manages its risks appropriately, complying with the regulatory requirements of a publicly listed company and acting responsibly towards employees, customers, shareholders, suppliers and other key partners within the markets in which Vodafone operates. They deliver adequate risk management programmes and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations through focusing on ESG risk management processes, facilitating assessment, monitoring and reporting risks
Assists, advises and executes processes and activities to ensure a consistent approach across markets to managing risks, protecting reputation, improving efficiency and driving growth;
Supports accountable executives in internal discussions to determine corrective/preventative measures.
Ensure ESG integration into the Group Enterprise Risk Framework including development of KRIs and monitoring processes,
Oversee ESG Risk reporting to the relevant forums and provide supporting analysis/insight.
Build relationships with the business to educate and challenge on their approach to all aspects of ESG Risks.
Who you are
Develops strategic and operational plans to manage risk resulting from existing and emerging legal, regulatory and ethical requirements
Ability to identify and understand emerging risk and apply the risk management approach.
Drive integration and standardisation of risk management processes across the organisation.
Understanding and mitigating potential risk factors to Vodafone in accordance with relevant guidance, standards and processes.
Understands ESG requirements from a risk perspective including but not limited TCFD and CSRD.
