We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable ESG Officer to join our Legal & Compliance department. The right candidate will hold a key role and be responsible for evaluating and improving environmental, social and governance practices for a leading B2B iGaming software provider.

ESG Officer Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of environmental, social, and governance practices within the organization.

• Ensuring the organization’s compliance with CSRD.

• Monitor and review best practices and regulatory changes related to ESG.

• Developing and implementing strategies to enhance environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and governance practices.

• Analysing and interpreting data related to ESG factors and preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders.

• Drafting and developing ESG policies and communication.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG initiatives into business strategies and operations.

• Participating in stakeholder engagement activities and addressing inquiries related to ESG practices.

Requirements:

Hard skills:

• A relevant qualification in Compliance, Law, Finance, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field.

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.

• Knowledge of ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting methodologies.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.

• Experience with collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Fluency in English.

• Analytical thinker and solution driven.

• Detail-oriented and organised.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to perform under pressure.

• Team player.

• Comfortable in a complex and changing business environment.

Work Life Balance:

40% work from home, over any 3-month period (can work one month per quarter abroad)
Extra leave days added depending on seniority inside the company – 43 days including public holidays by year 5 of employment
