In an ever-evolving environment, we are currently looking for an ESG Manager to bring expertise to the Armacell Group to accelerate on its ESG Journey, embarking the full organisation towards further Sustainability Excellence!
This newly-created position is based at our Global Headquarters in Capellen, Luxembourg under the leadership of our Director Corporate Communications & Investor Relations.

Your Responsibilities:
Provide the necessary Expertise for Armacell to Build and execute its ESG strategic program across the Group successfully
Ensure that the Armacell ESG program and Roadmap is established and executed within the business required and Regulatory
Frameworks in a meaningful and efficient approach for the company
Carbon Emission Reduction: In close cooperation with the internal key stakeholders, steer company-wide carbon emission assessment, and drive data reliability for scope 3 emissions and Science Based Targets (SBTi)
UN Global Compact – ensure annual submission process and submit Communication on Progress report.
Coordinate ESG KPI reporting campaign towards company shareholders
ECOVADIS Rating –coordinate annual assessment campaign , and steer contributors to continuously improve rating
Preparing readiness to upcoming regulations eg. CSRD, ESRD…
Promote the ESG mindset throughout the organisation to nurture best in class sustainability actions, reporting and communication (Educational workshops, GRI Compliant Sustainability report, awards campaign…)
ESG Intelligence: monitor trends, conduct research, and answer ESG requests from customers, partners, and investors.
Your profile
Professional experience of at least 5 years in Sustainability / CSR / ESG similar activities in a corporate multinational environment or consulting practice.
University Degree, preferably with a specialisation in Corporate Social Responsibility/ Sustainability management
Passionate about ESG, a real advocate of sustainability topic with strong creative & strategic skillset.
A good communicator towards all types of audience – internal, technical, senior management, shop floor employees.
Fluent English, with team player spirit and good interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead multiple concurrent projects and deliver high quality results.
Proficient with MS office and other communication platforms(e.g. SharePoint, social media)
The role is opened to candidates eligible to work in Luxembourg and able to commute to our Capellen Offices. We offer the possibility of
Hybrid work pattern, with at least 3 days at our offices and up to 2 days from home.
