Your role on our team
You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the ESG strategy, including the development of policies and guidelines.
You are the main point of contact to ensure consistent implementation of the ESG strategy across all regions.
You are responsible for the preparation of the ESG reporting.
You are responsible for measuring success and documenting ESG KPIs for management and shareholders.
As part of your work, you will monitor changes or innovations with regard to legal requirements for ESG reporting.
Your area of responsibility also includes interface management and technical exchange with the departments involved.
You will conduct group-wide training sessions for the accounting teams on ESG reporting.
You are the contact person for the auditors.
Your profile
You have the necessary specialist knowledge based on a successfully completed degree in business administration or economics with a focus on sustainability or similar.
You have several years of professional experience in the field of accounting and/or sustainability; alternatively, experience from relevant consulting activities is also welcome.
You have acquired in-depth knowledge of ESG compliance (CSRD, CSDDD, LkSG, EU Taxonomy) as part of your studies or professional activity.
You are characterized by a confident appearance, high communication skills, a team-oriented way of working, diligence and reliability.
You have strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach.
You are business fluent in English and enjoy working internationally.
