THE ROLE
As the ESG Manager at Infovista you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing our ESG strategy, ensuring alignment with our corporate values and long-term business objectives. You will design and oversee initiatives that enhance our environmental performance, social responsibility, and corporate governance practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for developing and implementing our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy
Assessing the company’s current ESG performance, identifying areas for improvement, and designing initiatives that align with industry best practices and stakeholder expectations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and D&I and Sustainability committees to integrate sustainable practices into our business operations
Report on ESG performance to internal and external stakeholders and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Drive our company’s commitment to responsible and ethical business practices while creating long-term value for both the organization and the communities we operate in
Prepare reports and documents to communicate the company’s ESG progress and performance.
Draft legal and contractual documents for ESG activities and initiatives
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to determine ESG factors affecting business activity.
Support sales in answering RFPS and presenting our ESG status and activities to customers who demand information.
Profile
REQUIREMENTS
Strong understanding of ESG frameworks and their application, as well as familiarity with rating systems (e.g. Ecovadis)
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and deliver results on time
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Demonstrated passion for sustainability, social responsibility, and ethical business practices
Good networking skills to liaise with different shareholders.
Certification related to ESG (BCorp, etc) and preferable
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., sustainability, environmental science, business ethics).
A minimum of 2 years of experience in ESG management, sustainability, or related roles, preferably within the tech or telco sectors
Fluent in English
