BIOSAFETY SA. is a successful and reliable Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Services provider operating in Greece since 2001 serving more than 1000 companies.
The company is expanding its operations in ESG & Sustainability Consulting and is looking to cover the position of ESG Manager. The role will be based at the Headquarters of the company in the center of Athens.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the development of ESG & Sustainability projects for current and new clientele.Design and build the ESG Strategy for our clients, plan and execute the full ESG process from Materiality Assessment facilitation to the Sustainability report and ESG validation.Effectively manage the development of Sustainability reports under local or international standards and practices.Be a key contributor in assessing and selecting ESG data, indices and analytics for client’s sustainability reports.Participate in ESG & Sustainability Thought Leadership initiatives.Provide critical insight and contribute to the internal ESG business development strategy.Stay up-to-date of global ESG trends, new standards, tools, certifications, and KPIs, and share those updates and implications both internally and externally.
Requirements:
Experience in similar position, in a consulting firm or an ESG – Sustainability department is neededA Bachelor’s degree in Environmental / Economic / Business Administration StudiesKnowledge of ISO management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001)Knowledge of GRI, ATHEX and other ESG Standards would be an assetAny related certification will also be highly appreciated.Fluent written and spoken English essentialExcellent collaboration and communication skills
