JOB OVERVIEW
Coordinate deployment of the ESG Master Plan that has an impact on improving Cellnex’s positioning and reputation among its peers in the sector, key stakeholders as well as decision-makers.
Be the Internal representative on Integrated Management System (IMS) and Certification issues.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
ESG
Monitor and control the actions defined in the Cellnex ESG Master Plan in order to ensure compliance with them and suggest improvement actions.Plan, develop, deploy, maintain, evaluate and report the actions developed in Sustainability, local certifications and quality in coordination with Corporate.Report non-financial information and participate in the preparation of the Company’s Integrated Annual ReportReport the main sustainability indices with the information of the Business Unit.Monitor and support local ESG projects.Create and select scorecards and KPIs to help visualise the impact of sustainability projects for the organisation from both a global and local point of view.Support the Finance team and Business Unit management in respond to the needs of the local investors in relation to ESG-related requests
Quality & Risk Management
Implement the Global Quality Model according to global criteria and plan, deploy, maintain, evaluate and report actions developedComply with the Global Risk Management methodologyParticipate in the management of local critical incidentsApply methodology and develop the detailed structure of the document management system and ensure compliance.Create the Business Unit’s processes and procedures in accordance with the Cellnex process map, and processes blueprints and the established guidelines.Implement Business Continuity PlanSupport the control of the operations and all other company processes and procedures’ mapping and audit.
Processes & Certifications
Create and update an overview of all active certifications and their conditions. Monitor each certificate needs and expiration.Evaluate and/or coordinate with Corporate the need of new certifications.Ensure a periodic control on the processes that uphold the obtained certifications. Make sure these processes are still being executed as expected.Organize and plan for audits (i.e. ISO certification), as well as quality and risk audit meetings from HQ / third parties.Consolidate the points of improvement and discuss them with stakeholder. Make sure plans are made to adjust and implement the advices that were provided.
Risk Control
Control action plans defined by the different areasDefine and/or updates the business unit’s risk map and mitigation plansMonitor risks and action plans identified in the defined risk map
Health & Safety
Implement the local model of Health & Safety, developing and/or applying Global policies and other requirements.Program, coordinate and supervise all H&S projectsTransfer the global criteria of Health & Safety and Wellbeing in the decision-making of the local activity.Investigate, notify and follow-up work accidents (e.g., accident rates)Analyse H&S regulations and identify and implement those that are applicable (training, emergency & evacuation measures, assessments, personal protective equipment, etc.)
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Academic Profile: Degree in Finance/Economics. Also further education in sustainability field will be appreciated.
Languages: English: Must-have – AdvancedOfficial country language: Valuable – AdvancedSwedish, Danish: Valuable – Advanced
Software Tools:MS Office: Must-have – Advanced
Relevant Experience:Several years of experience in a similar positionRelevant sectors: multinational companies, preferable in telco
