Verisure is seeking a talented ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) Intern to join the team. This role provides an outstanding platform for a highly motivated individual to work with our ESG Manager, whilst providing strong visibility within the company. This position will be part of a new, dedicated ESG core team delivering a new global strategy and approach, designed to enhance business performance and shareholder value, energize employees, support our brand, and ultimately bring positive societal value to Verisure communities and beyond.
The role will support the development and strengthening of our ESG Strategy and its execution and roll out across different functions and in our markets. It will also oversee the establishment of data and content collection and validation processes for various stakeholder groups.
Key responsibilities will include:
Contribute to collect, store, validate, and distribute ESG data and content for reporting, including the participation in the implementation of a global ESG data management tool
Contribute to fulfill data driven ESG goals, milestones, and metrics, and develop the analytical tools needed to evaluate and measure ESG efforts
Support on the development, planning and execution of ESG projects and processes (e.g. GRI, SASB, TCFD, EU Taxonomy, CSRD, CDP, etc.)
General support in daily assignments and tasks to facilitate the objectives set by the ESG department in different ESG topics material for Verisure.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn from HR, Finance, Procurement, and other high-performing teams transversally
Required: fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish. We are an international company and all our positions whether these are internships or permanent require a high level of both languages. Other European languages are a plus
Problem structuring, attention to detail and very strong analytical skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office package – especially very good Excel, Power Point and Word
Great written and oral communication skills
Experience of working in international multi-cultural environments and with diverse remote teams
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Strong drive and willingness to take a «hands-on» approach
Innovation and continuous improvement mindset

Qualifications and experience
Last year students and/or recent University graduates with degrees (such as Business Administration, Engineering, Science, Computing, etc.). Scientific-related degrees with exposure to, data-handling or reporting would be advantageous.
