The Role: ESG Director
As the ESG Director, you’ll play a crucial role in helping our clients reach their ESG goals through our platform. You’ll use your ESG expertise to analyze our clients’ context and make sure our platform is adapted to their specific needs. We’re on the lookout for a strategic thinker and seasoned leader to take the reins of this high-impact position.

Challenges You’ll Tackle:
Strategic Analysis: Leverage your in-depth ESG expertise to conduct thorough analyses of our clients’ unique contexts, tailoring our platform to meet their specific needs and ensuring maximum impact and relevance.
Process Optimization: Take the lead in streamlining our delivery processes. Identify opportunities for efficiency enhancements and implement strategies to optimize workflows, contributing to the seamless integration of our ESG solutions.
Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of Account Managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Your leadership will be essential in aligning the team’s efforts with client objectives and organizational goals.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with our Product team to bridge the gap between client requirements and platform scalability. Your insights will be crucial in shaping the development roadmap, ensuring that our solution evolves in tandem with the dynamic landscape of ESG standards.
Our Ideal Match Should Have:
Proven experience in director-level position within ESG consulting or corporate ESG departments (enterprise)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex ESG concepts into actionable strategies.
Demonstrated leadership experience, guiding teams to success.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
Strong expertise in ESG and familiarity with the latest ESG standards and frameworks.
Authorisation to work and live in Spain.
