Job Summary/Introduction:
Tasks and Responsibilities of the interim ESG/CSRD Finance Reporting Specialist
Collect, validate and consolidate required ESG data for internal and external reporting and support the creation of the non-financial section of the Annual Report.
Ensure that it is compliant with standards and regulations.
Orchestrate the implementation of the CSRD action plan.
Coordinate and lead reporting according to the EU Taxonomy and support its digitalization.
Support the sustainability ratings and rankings process by gathering ESG data to maintain leading positions and benchmark ESG reporting of global, sustainability and industry peer groups.

Profile of the interim ESG/CSRD Finance reporting specialists:
• 3+ years of professional experience in an ESG reporting, Sustainability or related role.
• Background in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration. Qualification as CA or equivalent is preferred.
• Outstanding analytical skills
• Experience in extensive quantitative data analysis and working with complex data systems.
• Experience in working in global organizations.
• Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement.
• Proactive attitude, strong business sense and communication skills.
