Objective and Scope:

Coordinate the ESG related cross functional projects through lifecycle, manage the business streams and project resources in all regulatory and business initiatives for an on-time completion.
Build and supervise CIB Group’s Sustainable Climate Credit framework initiatives in line the parent company’s ESG relevant international projects.
Preparing background materials for the ESG Committee, for the National Bank of Hungary, for the Banking Association and other regulatory forums, managing the stakeholders for effective communication. Facilitating ESG policies and educational materials for the stakeholders.
Business partner with other functions on implementation at CIB Group, ISP Group, and ISBD level.
Create and distribute program reports and analytics.
Participate in the development of the yearly (CSRD) Non-Financial Report of the Bank, and support the Audit process.
Engage with external advisory partners.
Skills and knowledge required:

Master degree in economics and/or engineering.
3+ years of experience in project management or in the field of sustainability risks.
Deep interest in ESG related topics.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated experience managing stakeholder expectations.
Excellent analytical and synthetic skills.
Ability to effectively multitask, prioritize, organize and collaborate.
Creative problem solver who is interested in understanding different points of view and new ways of approaching problems.
Excellent oral/written communication skills in Hungarian and English.
