Job Summary
As Environment Coordinator, you will assume the motto of Tetra Pak which is “Tetra Pak protect what´s good” that of course include environment. You will support the factory ensuring the minimization of the environmental impact of our activities, while ensuring compliance with the legal requirements that apply to us. All this applying the continuous improvement methodology of World Class Manufacturing.
What you will do
Review factory data in regards of environmental losses tree.
Deliver trainings and awareness campaigns.
Participate in the Environment pillar
Competence in the management of technical documentation.
Creation and management of procedures, instructions and SOPs
Collect, analyze, and update legal requirements of application in the company. Study its implementation and compliance.
Analysis incidents.
Support in the preparation, implementation, and review of the environmental risk assessment.
Manage ISO 45001 and EMAS systems.
Control and drive all the environmental aspects of the factory.
Member of Steering Committee.
Promote innovative and sustainable operational solutions.
We believe you have
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering field or Environmental sciences
Spanish must be your first language, but you must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
At least 3 years experience in similar position
Proactive and analytical approach, self-driven and excellence team player
Good proficiency in Excel, power point, power BI, etc.
Have a systematic approach to problem solving and the ability to create strong partnership with our stakeholders on Continuous Improvement plans and activities.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
