Multinational company with more than 10.000 employees is looking for a DE&I Responsible.
Reporting to the HR Director, the mission of the role, will be to lead the design and execution of the equality and diversity strategy and policies of the organisation for all the countries.
Responsibilities
Lead, design and execution of DE&I projects and processes, across the organisation.
Lead the Equity and Diversity Committee of the organisation at a global level and coordinate the local DE&I Committees providing a global vision.
Stablish and follow-up of key indicators through through consensus with businesses
Design and develop manage programs and campaings of DE&I.
Qualifications
5 years’ of experience in a similar role in multinational environment, intensive in people
Deep knowledge of the current legislation regarding to DE&I.
Excellent communication skills.
English fluent and French desirable.
