Capital Chase is an executive search firm specializing in placing senior sustainability professionals.
We are working with a market-leading global advisory firm to appoint a Director/Senior Manager to lead and grow their ESG and Sustainability Service line, providing target operating model advisory for economically viable sustainability transformation.
This role involves being responsible for coordinating teams and leading projects specializing in helping clients develop and implement ESG strategies that align with their business goals and values while navigating the complex regulatory landscape.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing Sustainability strategies for a range of cross-sector clients, identifying and prioritizing sustainability and climate change issues relevant to their business, as well as providing guidance on how to address them.
Target operating model advisory for economically viable sustainability transformation.
Completing and reviewing ESG reports and other non-financial disclosures relevant to sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and climate change, such as CSRD.
Working with scenario analyses, impact assessments, and other data to create comprehensive, integrated reports to assist clients with their ESG requirements and goals.
Continued subject-matter expertise and furthering relationships for business development.
Requirements:
ESG/Sustainability/Climate change experience within advisory, consulting, or assurance in delivering ESG related projects of work for clients in and around the region.
