Join us as a Communication and ESG Manager and be part of an exciting, challenging and dynamic work environment to proactively support the definition and implementation of the expansion strategy of the Project Business Unit.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with the company’s goals and values.
Create engaging content for various communication channels including website, social media, and corporate publications, as well as local stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication platforms.
Lead the development and implementation of the company’s ESG strategy, policies, and initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into business practices and decision-making processes.
Monitor and evaluate ESG performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management and external stakeholders.
Stay informed about emerging ESG trends, regulations, and best practices, advising the company on areas for improvement and innovation.
Oversee the preparation and publication of sustainability reports, ensuring compliance with industry standards and frameworks such as GRI, SASB, and TCFD.
Work closely with internal departments to collect, analyze, and verify data related to environmental impact, social responsibility, and corporate governance.
Communicate the company’s progress towards sustainability goals and targets through transparent and informative reporting mechanisms.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience (3+ years) in corporate communication, public relations, sustainability, or ESG management, preferably within the renewable energy industry.
Strong understanding of ESG principles and frameworks, including experience in ESG reporting and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and implementing successful communication strategies.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in sustainability reporting standards and software tools is an asset.
Passion for renewable energy and a commitment to promoting sustainability and corporate responsibility.
Proficiency in English; additional languages preferred, especially those relevant to European markets.
