Currently, we are looking for a new Circularity Program Manager (PMO lead), who will be responsible for leading the program to develop and implement circular opportunities for VELUX customers.

 

Your main duties
In this position, you will be responsible on a global level for modeling and driving the decision making process and eventually leading the execution of new business models relating to circularity.

Furthermore, your primary tasks will be:

Being responsible for the process around qualifying and blueprinting predefined circular opportunities in close collaboration with relevant global teams around the organization
Driving the process ensuring that the opportunities will be assessed and management will be able to decide what initiatives to pilot in what countries
Collaborating closely with relevant functions across the organization from logistics to sales
Supporting local teams in deploying pilots in different markets
Bringing together the necessary people from across VELUX to deliver on the objectives and coordinating external consultants supporting the process

We expect this position to be located in one of our regional offices (South of Paris, Verona, Madrid, Lisbon, Wavre or Utrecht) with frequent traveling to Denmark.

 

What do you need to be effective in this role?
You are able to understand complex topics around circularity and structure the way in turning them into business achievements across an international, matrix organization. You have a “magnetic” customer centric mindset that allows you to engage different key stakeholders in the initiatives you are promoting.

Furthermore, we expect that you are:

Experienced in managing complex projects with many stakeholders across functions
Experienced in starting up new business initiatives
Potentially experienced with circularity/sustainability, but it is only an advantage
Understanding of different cultural settings and different needs in different markets
