We are now loooking for critical role Carbon Analyst responsible for driving environmental sustainability initiatives within the organization. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainability strategies, reduce environmental impact, and promote responsible environmental practices.

Tasks:

Collaborate with company cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop, implement, and oversee sustainability plan, goals, and initiatives aligned with the organization’s mission and industry best practices
Understand environmental principles, ecosystem, resource management, pollution control and climate change to support and track environment action plan
Collect, manage and analyze data reflected to product life cycles, material flows, energy consumption, emissions and environmental impacts
Conduct quantitative analysis and interpret results to ensure accurate tracking of environment action plan
Have a good knowledge and be up to date of environmental regulations and standards relevant to the industry (such as: emissions standards, waste management regulations, sustainable development goals, etc.) to apply to the company environment action plan
Communicate technical information effectively to diverse stakeholders
Identify environmental challenges, evaluate potential solution and develop strategies to mitigate environmental impacts through the product life cycle
Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies and best practices in LCA and environmental sustainability to improve professional knowledge and skills
Oversee and manage LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) projects: objective setting, manage timelines, manage budget and deliver high-quality results

Requirements:

University degree such as industrial engineer, environmental engineer or environmental sciences or similar
Experience: 2-3 years experience in sustainability/environmental positions ideally in FMGC companies.
Fluency in English.
Spanish desirable
