This is a remote position.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the operational strategy for the ESG product, ensuring alignment with Azeus’s overall business goals.
Business Development: Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, drive go-to-market strategies, and establish key partnerships to fuel business growth.
Product Development: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define product requirements, oversee development, and ensure the product meets market needs.
Operational Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.
Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to drive efficiency and meet financial objectives.
Customer Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure the product delivers exceptional value.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks associated with launching and scaling the product.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the product adheres to relevant regulations and standards, particularly in the ESG domain.
Requirements
Experience: 6+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within the IT industry, with a focus on operations, product management, or business development. Previous experience in startups or building new business units from scratch is essential.
IT Industry Expertise: Proven track record in the IT sector, with a deep understanding of software development, market trends, and technology-driven business models.
ESG Knowledge: Understanding of ESG principles and market trends is preferred, but not mandatory.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Financial Acumen: Expertise in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
