Plan de formación propuesto

 

En este departamento, el enfoque está en integrar prácticas sostenibles y estrategias alineadas con los valores y objetivos corporativos, en un entorno que prioriza la innovación sostenible y el cumplimiento de estándares de sostenibilidad.

 

Objetivos Formativos:

Desarrollar competencias en preparación de documentación para Sostenibilidad ESG, enlazando con el enfoque académico del programa CITIUS en la personalización del itinerario formativo.
Participar en proyectos de innovación sostenible, alineándose con la formación académica y práctica del Programa CITIUS.
Colaborar en la elaboración de informes ESG, complementando la formación teórica recibida.
Adquirir habilidades de seguimiento legislativo en sostenibilidad, reflejando la adaptabilidad y aplicación práctica de conocimientos adquiridos en CITIUS.
Integrar consideraciones sostenibles en operaciones diarias, reforzando el aprendizaje práctico y la inserción laboral promovidos por CITIUS.
¿Qué perfil busca la empresa?

Estudiante universitario de grado a falta de TFG/PFC o Titulado universitario de grado: Grado en Ciencias Ambientales, Máster en Sostenibilidad o similar.
Competencias en Idiomas: nivel C1 de Inglés.
Aptitudes del Candidato:

Grado en Ciencias Ambientales, Master en Sostenibilidad o similar.
Idiomas: Inglés nivel C1.
Informática: Competencia en herramientas como PowerPoint, Excel y Word.
Proactividad, disposición para aprender y capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
Interés en sostenibilidad medioambiental, social y de buen gobierno.

8h. diarias en Jornada completa
Telepráctica semi-presencial
Beca de 1 año de duración
25 días de vacaciones durante todo el año
